These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Carnkey.com, our mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Carnkey ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, browsing listings, submitting a vehicle for sale, requesting financing, or using any other feature of the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Carnkey. Dealers and salespeople must provide accurate business information and maintain active accounts in good standing.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Carnkey is an online automotive marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, dealers, and service providers. Unless explicitly stated, Carnkey is not the seller of vehicles listed on the Platform and does not take title to listed inventory.

Listings, prices, vehicle descriptions, photos, history reports, trade-in valuations, and dealer representations are provided by third parties. You should independently verify vehicle condition, pricing, title status, and availability before completing a transaction.

Dealers and authorized sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including mileage, condition, pricing, fees, and disclosures required by law.

When you submit a sell-your-car request, trade-in application, financing inquiry, rental booking, or inspection request, you authorize Carnkey and participating partners to contact you using the information you provide.

Instant offers, valuations, and pre-qualification results are estimates only and may change after inspection, verification, or lender review.

Some services may require payment, including subscriptions for dealers, vehicle history reports, featured placements, or other premium tools. Applicable fees will be disclosed before you are charged.

Payments processed through the Platform may be handled by third-party payment providers. You agree to their terms in addition to ours.

You may not misuse the Platform, including by posting false listings, scraping data without permission, interfering with site security, harassing other users, circumventing fees, or using Carnkey for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Carnkey logos, branding, software, design, and content created by us are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer Platform materials except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carnkey disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any listing, report, valuation, or communication will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carnkey and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction with another user or dealer.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid Carnkey for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your state apply.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
